Olympic Sport Wrap Up: How Did Slavic Athletes do in Beijing?

by Sasha on August 25, 2008

Here’s a wrap up of how Slavic athletes performed in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. I don’t know about you but I’m going through serious Olympic withdrawl. I LOVE the Olympics and the coverage was great between network tv and what was available on the internet. I’m usually disappointed with NBC coverage in the states but I thought they finally did a good job. Loved it! (Click on the photo above and it will take you to more gorgeous photos of the closing ceremonies and if you would like to see the complete medal standings beyond my Slavic summary below go to nbcolympics.com for complete coverage of countries, the athletes, and events in which they medaled.)
